ANOTACION DE LA SANCION EN LA HOJA DE VIDA. Con excepción de la amonestación simple, de toda sanción impuesta se dejará constancia en la respectiva hoja de vida del funcionario, aún cuando éste se haya retirado del servicio, con el objeto de que el correctivo disciplinario surta sus efectos como antecedente e impedimento.
