ARTICULO 14. Cuando los Oficiales "Profesores Militares" o Profesores Titulares desempeñen el cargo de profesores internos solamente tendrán derecho a que se les pague la mitad de las asignaciones establecidas para la hora de clase en el artículo 22 de este Decreto.
