Artículo décimo. El Procurador Delegado para la vigilancia administrativa ejercerá, además, todas las funciones y atribuciones de vigilancia administrativa que se señalan a la Procuraduría en la Ley 83 de 1936, o que le encomiende el Gobierno Nacional. Desde la expedición de este Decreto comenzará a hacer anotaciones especiales en los registros de empleados en los casos en que hayan cometido actos ilícitos en el manejo de los fondos o bienes del Tesoro Público, con el fin de prevenir que puedan ser nombrados para cualquier cargo público en el futuro.
