Ley 40 de 1964 · por la cual se hacen unos contracréditos y se abre un crédito adicional en el Presupuesto de Gastos para la vigencia fiscal de 1964 (Ministerio de Gobierno), por $ 468.721.60.

la suma de $90.000 destinada al Proyecto numero 8 (embarcadero Turístico de Buga, Valle) en la laguna de Sousa, que fue entregada a la Empresa Nacional de Turismo, de Conformidad con lo dispuesto en la ley 42 de 1961 . Deberá entregarse a la compañía constructora del hotel de Turismo de Buga, para que dicha entidad la invierta en obras de fomento turístico o cultural.

Parágrafo

La compañía constructora del Hotel de Turismo rendirá cuenta de dicho auxilio, ante la Contraloría General de la Republica.
