Articulo 58. El Director Ejecutivo de la Corporación señalara dentro de un plazo no mayor de 90 días las funciones del personal subalterno, que deberán ser aprobadas por el Consejo Directivo. El cumplimiento de este requisito es indispensable para hacer el pago de los respectivos sueldos o salarios.
