TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo primero. Créase un cargo de Oficinista Judicial II en los Juzgados Laborales Municipales que funcionan en las ciudades de Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cúcuta, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Manizales, Pereira, Armenia, Tuluá, Palmira, Barrancabermeja y Buenaventura.

Créase un cargo de Oficinista Judicial VII en la Secretaría de la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.

Los Oficinistas Judiciales V (Escribientes) de las Secretarías de las distintas Salas de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, serán en adelante Oficinistas Judiciales VI.
