Sin perjuicio del monopolio rentístico a que se refieren los artículos 42 y 43 de la Ley 10 de 1990 , corresponde al alcalde municipal otorgar autorizaciones de tipo policivo, para el funcionamiento, dentro de su jurisdicción, de las rifas, de los juegos de suerte y azar distintos de las loterías y apuestas permanentes.
