Designar como alcaldesa ad hoc del municipio de Ponedera (Atlántico), a la señora Constanza Martínez Guevara, identificada con la cédula de ciudadanía número 39791696, quien se desempeña en el cargo de Subsecretario de Despacho, código 045, grado 05, de la Subsecretaría de Talento Humano de la Secretaría General del departamento del Atlántico, para atender la solicitud de certificado electrónico de tiempos laborados (CETIL) realizada por la señora María del Tránsito Forero Tuesca, de conformidad con lo señalado en la Parte motiva del presente decreto.
