Destínase la suma de treinta mil pesos ($ 30.000.00) para atender a las erogaciones que demande el cumplimiento de esta Ley; para tal efecto, el Gobierno Nacional incluirá en los presupuestos de las próximas vigencias las partidas necesarias hasta completar la suma en referencia, quedando facultado para abrir los créditos que estime indispensables para la ejecución de este mandato legal.
