Art. 3.° Los mismos créditos líquidos se distribuyen por capítulos, artículos, &ª con arreglo al por menor marcado con salvo cualquier modificación anterior que se haga por el poder ejecutivo en dicha atribución, usando de la facultad que le concede la lei de 11 de mayo de 1863 sobre secretarias de estado.
