La Universidad del Ministerio Público tendrá como órganos y autoridad de dirección, gobierno y administración los siguientes:

a)

Consejo Superior Universitario,

b)

Consejo Académico,

c)

Rector,

d)

Consejo de Participación Institucional del Ministerio Público.

Parágrafo 1

Las funciones, composición y propósitos del Gobierno Universitario estarán determinados en la presente ley y en los Estatutos de la Universidad.

Parágrafo 2

El Consejo de Participación Institucional será un órgano consultivo integrado por representantes de la Procuraduría, Defensoría y personerías, encargado de articular la agenda académica de la Universidad con las necesidades institucionales del Ministerio Público, sin facultades de dirección o decisión.
