Art. 8.° Mientras que el Gobierno dispone en definitiva lo conveniente sobre establecimiento de Almacén en Colón, el empleado que debe encargarse de la venta allí, asegurará provisionalmente su manejo con fianza personal de dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) á satisfacción de este Despacho.
