Liquidación de Contratos. Los contratos que con ocasión de la supresión de los establecimientos públicos se terminen, o se cedan o traspasen, deberán liquidarse previamente, por el procedimiento previsto en el artículo 288 del Decreto 222 de 1983, a más tardar en la fecha límite prevista para la conclusión del proceso liquidatorio.
