Recibido el expediente por el superior, y repartido, se mandará poner en conocimiento de las partes su llegada, para que dentro de los tres días siguientes puedan pedir que el juicio se abra a pruebas; pero si fuere parte el Ministerio Público, se le dará traslado individual por tres días para que se imponga de los autos.
