º. Régimen de transición. Los servidores públicos que seleccionen el Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida, estarán sujetos al régimen de transición establecido en el artículo 36 de la Ley 100 de 1993 y demás disposiciones que lo reglamenten.
