El Comité Asesor del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo Alternativo deberá expedir el reglamento de su funcionamiento, con la aprobación de al menos seis de sus miembros, uno de los cuales necesariamente deberá ser el Director del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República. La Secretaría Técnica del mismo será ejercida por el Director del PLANTE.
