Supresión del Fondo Nacional de Regalías . En desarrollo del mandato previsto en el

Parágrafo 1

transitorio del artículo 2° del Acto Legislativo 05 de 2011, el Fondo Nacional de Regalías queda suprimido a partir del 1° de enero de 2012. En consecuencia, este Fondo entrará en liquidación con la denominación de "Fondo Nacional de Regalías, en liquidación". Para estos efectos, la liquidación del Fondo Nacional de Regalías, se regirá por las disposiciones de la Ley 489 de 1998, el Decreto-ley 254 de 2000 y la Ley 1105 de 2006.
