Concedida una patente, se inscribirá el bote en el libro de registro de los dedicados a la pesca, y de ella se extenderán cuatro ejemplares; uno para el interesado, otro para el Ministerio de Hacienda, un tercero para la Administración de Aduana respectiva, y el último, queda adherido al talonario, para el archivo de la Inspección de Pesca.
