Para los efectos del artículo 8º de la Ley 149 de 1936, se entiende que quedan incluidos en las labores de cargue y descargue, de los puertos marítimos de la República, todos aquellos trabajos inherentes a dichas labores, tales como el chequeo, el acarreo, etc.
