ARTICULO 3.1.4.0.4 .- LÍMITES GLOBALES DE INVERSIÓN. La inversión en los distintos instrumentos o activos señalados en el artículo 3.1.4.0.3. del presente estatuto estará sujeta a los límites máximos previstos a continuación

a)

Cincuenta por ciento (50 %) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra a);

b)

Cuarenta por ciento (40 %) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra b);

c)

Treinta por ciento (30%) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra c)

d)

Sesenta por ciento (60%) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en las letras d) y k);

e)

Veinte por ciento (20 %) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra f);

f)

Veinte por ciento (20 %) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en las letras g) y h);

g)

Veinte por ciento (20%) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra i);

h)

Veinte por ciento (20%) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra j), e

i)

Veinticinco por ciento (25%) del total en los instrumentos comprendidos en la letra l). El Gobierno Nacional por intermedio del Presidente de la República j el Ministro de Hacienda y crédito Público podrá modificar los porcentajes previstos en el presente artículo.
