Confidencialidad. La entidad investigadora garantizará la confidencialidad de todo documento que, de conformidad con las disposiciones vigentes, esté sometido a reserva, y exigirá del aportante la presentación de un resumen no confidencial del mismo documento. El aportante podrá en todo caso, renunciar voluntariamente a la confidencialidad, consignando por escrito tal determinación.
