º La Medalla al Mérito Turístico tendrá distintas categorías a saber: - Medalla de Oro. - Medalla de Plata. - Medalla de Bronce. La Medalla al Mérito Turístico en cualquiera de sus tres categorías, tendrá un diámetro de cinco (5) centímetros, llevará en el anverso y sobre el mismo metal el logotipo de la Corporación Nacional de Turismo y alrededor la inscripción, Corporación Nacional de Turismo - Colombia y en el reverso la inscripción Al Mérito Turístico. La Medalla de Oro penderá de un cordón en seda trenzado en colores amarillo y azul, la de Plata de un cordón de seda amarillo y la de Bronce de un cordón de seda azul.
