° Adscríbese al Ministerio de Obras Públicas la Administración del trayecto de vía férrea comprendido entre Zipaquirá y Nemocón, y en tal virtud el mismo Ministerio queda autorizado para celebrar con la Compañía del Ferrocarril del Norte los arreglos que se juzguen indispensables para regular la prestación de servicio y contabilidad común a las dos Empresas, tomando como base los que existían entre la Compañía extinguida y la del Ferrocarril del Norte.
