Aclárase el primer considerando del Decreto 099 del 19 de enero de 2010, en el sentido de señalar que de acuerdo con la agenda se realizará un encuentro bilateral con el Presidente de la República de Honduras, el cual quedará así: "Que el Presidente de la República se trasladará entre los días 26 al 30 de enero del presente año, a las ciudades de Davos (Suiza) y Tegucigalpa (Honduras), con el fin de participar en el Foro Económico Mundial y Encuentro en la República de Honduras, con el señor Presidente Porfirio Lobo.
