º. Definición de invalidez. Se considera inválida la persona que por cualquier causa de cualquier origen, no provocada intencionalmente, hubiese perdido el 50% o más de su capacidad laboral. La calificación de la invalidez se basa en la metodología que la Organización Mundial de la Salud ha definido para la evaluación de las consecuencias de la enfermedad o del accidente.
