Seis años después de estar funcionando la Escuela de Médicos Legistas, los concursantes que se presenten para llenar las vacantes de Médicos Legistas de la capital de la República y de los Departamentos o de Médicos Ayudantes y Directores de los Laboratorios de Radiología y Anatomía Patológica. Deberán presentar el título de Médicos Legistas, expedido por la mencionada Escuela.

Parágrafo

Las autoridades solicitarán la prestación de servicios médico-legales a los facultativos que tengan el título de Médicos Legistas, de preferencia a otros médicos.
