Régimen de transición. Los permisos de estudio con fines de investigación científica otorgados con anterioridad al 27 de junio de 2013 continuarán vigentes por el término de su expedición.

Los investigadores que al 27 de junio de 2013 iniciaron los trámites tendientes a obtener los permisos de estudio con fines de investigación científica, continuarán su trámite de acuerdo con las normas en ese momento vigentes. No obstante podrán solicitar la aplicación del procedimiento establecido en el presente decreto y obtener el Permiso Marco o Individual de Recolección.
