Nombramiento y remuneración de profesores. El nombramiento de Profesores Militares titulados o no para ejercer la cátedra en Institutos de Formación y Centros de Capacitación o Educación de las Fuerzas Militares, se hará en todos los casos por Resolución del Ministerio de Defensa, con base en solicitud del Comando General o de los Comandos de Fuerza.

Parágrafo

Los Profesores Militares nombrados en la forma establecida en este artículo, tendrán derecho a que se les pague por cada hora de clase remunerable, de acuerdo con los límites y condiciones que se fijan en los artículos 55, 56 y 57 de este decreto.
