Renuncia al subsidio familiar de vivienda.El beneficiario del subsidio de que trata el presente capítulo podrá, antes del inicio de las obras, renunciar voluntariamente al beneficio obtenido, mediante comunicación suscrita por los miembros mayores de edad solicitantes del subsidio.
