Además de las obligaciones que se establecen en el Código del Trabajo, para todo empleado, el aprendiz tiene las siguientes:

Concurrir asiduamente tanto a los cursos, como a su trabajo, con diligencia y aplicación, sujetándose al régimen del aprendizaje a las órdenes del empleador, y,

2ª Procurar el mayor rendimiento en su estudio.
