Las Sociedades Anónimas que quieran dar a la venta sus acciones, deberán exhibir una autorización de la Superintendencia, quien sólo la otorgara cuando la entidad que las solicita haya llenado todas las formalidades prescritas por las leyes, so pena de nulidad.
