En toda adjudicación de baldíos, por cualquier título distinto del de cultivo, deberá expresarse que quedan a salvo los derechos de los cultivadores o colonos establecidos dentro de la zona adjudicada con anterioridad al denuncio o solicitud de adjudicación.
