Art 11° Subsistirán en cada Departamento los Círculos o Circuitos de Notaria y registro establecidos por las leyes de los extinguidos Estados, y en los Territorios, los determinados por disposiciones nacionales.

Esta disposición comprende lo relativo al número de los Notarios y Registradores, al lugar de su residencia y a la extensión territorial en que ejercen sus funciones.
