Este auxilio será pagado en la siguiente forma: por conducto del Comité Central pro-Litoral Pacífico, con sede en la ciudad de Cali, cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000.00), y cien mil pesos ($ 100.000.00) al Departamento del Chocó para los fines dedicados en el artículo 2° de la presente Ley.
