La parte vencida en el juicio deberá otorgar una garantía bancaria o póliza de seguros, por el monto que el juez determine, la que se hará efectiva en caso de incumplimiento a lo dispuesto por la sentencia. Si el demandado presta la garantía a satisfacción, no habrá lugar al embargo, o se levantará el que hubiese sido proferido.
