El apoderado de cualquier sindicado que revele el secreto del sumario, será castigado con multa de cincuenta a doscientos pesos, según el perjuicio que su indiscreción cause al esclarecimiento de la verdad. Esta multa se le impondrá por sentencia dictada en articulación que en cuaderno separado debe iniciarse.
