Nivel y Grado. El nivel y grado de asignación mensual de cada uno de los cargos, son los establecidos por el presente Decreto y se han definido teniendo en cuenta las funciones, las responsabilidades y los requisitos de conocimiento y experiencia para el ejercicio del cargo, en una escala progresiva según la responsabilidad y complejidad inherente al ejercicio de sus funciones.
