Dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas siguientes al recibo de la mercancía, el funcionario aduanero competente, encargado la vigilancia de la bodega en que se hubiere recibido la mercancía, revisará todos los documentos utilizados en la confrontación de su recibo, y tales documentos a ser revisados, constituirán comprobante de la mercancía recibida en la aduana, y no podrán alterarse en forma alguna, salvo lo dispuesto en el artículo 164.
