º. Los contratos serán suscritos por el Director General del Instituto y las correspondientes organizaciones, cuando tales contratos se originen en Oficinas Seccionales. En las Cajas Seccionales, los contratos serán suscritos a nombre del Seguro, por el respectivo Gerente. En las Oficinas los Gerentes podrán suscribirlos cuando reciban la correspondiente delegación.
