Decreto 110 de 2000 · Por el cual se conforma el Consejo Directivo del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi (IGAC) y se establece su presidencia.

º . El Consejo Directivo del Instituto Geográfico "Agustín Codazzi" estará integrado así

1.

El Director del Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, quien la presidirá, o su delegado que será el Subdirector del DANE.

2.

El Director del Departamento Nacional de Planeación, quien podrá delegar en el Subdirector de Planeación Nacional.

3.

El Ministro del Medio Ambiente, quien podrá delegar en el Viceministro.

4.

Dos representantes del Presidente de la República.

Parágrafo

Cuando se traten temas relacionados con las entidades territoriales se podrá invitar al Secretario General del Consejo Nacional de Planeación. La designación de los delegados se hará de conformidad con lo prescrito en las disposiciones legales vigentes.
