° El cuerpo de Sanidad de reserva se formará, por ahora, con jóvenes que posean el título respectivo, que estén comprendidos en la edad del servicio militar y que hagan un mes de servicio activo. Igual procedimiento se adoptará con el Cuerpo de Oficiales de reserva de administración y con el de veterinaria.
