Toda nodriza debe estar provista de un certificado que la acredita como apta para la lactancia. Este certificado será expedido gratuitamente por cualquier medico oficial de quien se solicite, previo examen de la nodriza, o en subsidio, por un médico particular que tenga grado profesional. Dicho certificado se renovara cada treinta días.
