Parágrafo

Decreto 4181 de 2011 · por el cual se escinden unas funciones del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (Incoder) y del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, y se crea la Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (AUNAP).

ARTÍCULO

23. Transitorio . El Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (Incoder) ejercerá las funciones propias de la Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (AUNAP) hasta el 1° de enero de 2012, fecha a partir de la cual entrará en funcionamiento la Autoridad.

PARÁGRAFO. El Director de la Autoridad Nacional de Acuicultura y Pesca (AUNAP) deberá adelantar de manera inmediata las medidas administrativas necesarias para el cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas en el presente decreto que entrarán a regir el 1° de enero de 2012.
