La responsabilidad del empleado respectivo de la oficina de origen, comienza desde el momento en que da recibo de la encomienda al introductor y no cesa sino cuando a su vez haya obtenido el correspondiente recibo del mensajero o conductor respectivo por la entrega hecha a satisfacción de éste.
