Los Centros Experimentales Piloto que funcionan en los Departamentos, Intendencias, Comisarías y Distrito Especial de Bogotá, se regirán por las normas que se establecen en el presente capítulo y en los convenios que suscriba el Ministro de Educación Nacional con las entidades territoriales. Dependerán de la División de Investigación, Prueba Curricular y Coordinación de Centros Experimentales Piloto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
