Artículo diez y seis. Pasado el plazo para el pago de la multa sin que esta haya sido cubierta, se pasará copia autenticada de la resolución al respectivo funcionario con jurisdicción coactiva para que haga efectivo el recaudo. En este caso las costas del juicio serán de cargo del multado.
