º . Modificase el artículo tercero del Decreto 1327 de 1983 , el cual quedará así: "Artículo tercero. No habrá lugar al reconocimiento de suma alguna por el transporte de alimentos, bebidas o cigarrillos. Tampoco habrá lugar al pago cuando el funcionario renuncie o solicite traslado antes de cumplir un (1) año en el ejercicio del cargo , o sea destituido".
