Los bienes y derechos de la Nación que hacen parte del Fondo Nacional constituyen un patrimonio autónomo con destinación específica al cumplimiento de los objetivos generales señalados en el artículo 47 de la presente ley. La Sociedad Fiduciaria administrará los bienes y derechos del fondo de manera independiente de los bienes de la Sociedad Fiduciaria y de los bienes y derechos que hagan parte de otros fideicomisos que administre.
