º . Requisitos para obtener la pensión de vejez. Los servidores públicos que laboren en las actividades previstas en los numerales 2 y 3 del artículo 2º de este Decreto, tendrán derecho a la pensión especial de vejez, cuando cumplan los siguientes requisitos: 1. 55 años de edad si es hombre y 50 años de edad si es mujer y, 2. 1.000 semanas de cotización especial en las actividades citadas en el inciso 1º de este artículo.
