Para cada una de las materias de los exámenes de admisión se constituirán Justas integradas por dos profesores de la Escuela y por un Oficial de la misma. Las funciones de estas Juntas consisten en examinar y calificar a los aspirantes, conforme a las prescripciones del presente reglamento. Todos los actos de los exámenes de admisión serán supervigilados por el Comando de la Brigada de Institutos Militares; el Ministro de Guerra puede hacerse representar en ellos por un delegado de su elección.
